How do you get a subsummary to repeat at the top of each page/column?

This has been a huge limitation of FM from the beginning.. has anyone come up with a convenient/simple way to get the contents of a subsummary to repeat at the top of each column or page? This seems so essential when printing summary reports where an individual section may span across multiple pages or columns.
