john.daly Posted January 15, 2001 Posted January 15, 2001 Use the Save a Copy As command from the File menu or in a script. I actually use a script that runs automatically each time you exit the databae and rotates through three different backups i.e BackUp1.fp5, BackUp2.fp5 and BackUp3.fp5. That way you always have a copy of the database from the last three times you closed it or activated the back up script.
