I have a portal of Contacts that displays as intended on a Company layout. However I want to be able to display checkbox options as a matrix across the portal so for each row the checkboxes are displayed without text - the text for each checkbox is used as a column heading on the layout outside the portal.

Can this be done & if so how.

Thanks for the reply, I have figured out a relatively simple way to achieve the desired effect. The value list used for the checkbox is based on a Product table originally with 2 fields, ProductID & ProductName. Product ID is stored on the Contact record, Product Name (the second field)is displayed in the checkbox on the Contact layout. I have added a third field to the Product table - ProductBlank - essentially an alpha index to correspond with the numeric ProductID. A second value list based on the Product table for use with the check box on the portal displays the ProductBlank field and the text clour is set to match the background. See attached image.
