I'm a total beginner!

I've managed to put together a script that generates an email for each email record in my table.

Problem is it generates a separate email for each address, when what I'd actually like to do is send just one email to many recipients from my records.

Basic stuff I know, but can someone tell me how to adapt my script to make this happen?
