transpower Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 Currently if one sets a field to be non-empty, the trap will spring even if the user is not on the layout with the field, when the user submits the record. I think this is bad, and I have to write a conditional validation to check for the current layout. It would be better to spring the trap only if the user is on the layout with the field, or at least have the option. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
