php not working in web publishing

after all the installation and configuration, the server

gives me a test page, in web publishing section, both

IWP and XSLT are displaying the page perfectly, however,

the PHP web publishing gives me a blank page in the Safari.

Where did I possibly do wrong?

Please help me out, Thank you guys very much.
