When we print from FileMaker 9.0 the print out is all garbled almost looks encrypted.

We need a lot more info in order to help.

Tell us, the font, the version of FM9 client (9.0v3?), the printer driver, networked or direct connect, etc.? How about post a preview screenshot and a layout screenshot?

Version is 9.0.3 and the font class is Arial size ranging from 12 to 8. I attached a pdf of what prints out. It is printing like this to different network printers.

When printing, look through the properties and see if there's an option regarding font substitution. If so, try 'download as softfont' which has solved this for me in the past.
