Delete Startup Script

I have created a simple database by modifying a built in template. I have deleted all scripts in the Scriptmaker window but when I open the file I get an error message that says "The script cannot be found or has been deleted". How can I delete this message? The database requires no scripts.

Look in File > File Options… > Open/Close for 'When opening this file - Perform Script "xyz".
