FileMaker chewing up 50%+ CPU for no reason...???

Take a look at this screenshot.

As you can see I don't even have any files open inside FM yet it's chewing up 57% of my cpu. When I have FM open it bounces between 50% and 60% even with 0 files open like this.

Any information on what the heck is going on here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yeh, I've got no issues with FMPA 9v1 on Vista SP1 - uses 0-2%.
