I have just upgraded from Server 7 to 9 (actually demo version to see if I want to). Two major problems came about, can't configure the Web server for PHP and disconnect from server often.

As you can guess, the later is more important. What seems to be happening is after 5 min. it stops the Filemaker server. I am running Windows server 2003. If I go into services, it says it is still running. But when I open the Admin Console, it shows it is off. I have to start it and then go open all databases. Is this a "trial" limitation?

This is showing that the new FMServiceWrapper is running. If you stop it in Services, it will stop the wrapper service. You can have your wrapper still running with your Fmserver process not running.

Just got off the phone with Filemaker and they said it is a trial limitation. I wish they would have said that on their site... Oh well. Now we know.
