FM8 crashes when using Send Mail

Hey all, wondering if you can help a FM newbie. I'd like to send a specific email to a search group.

Once I have the records I want I select "Send Mail" and specify a field name that contains the email address that I want to send the email to, etc.

FM then crashes with a WMS Idle Application Error. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem with one of the company PCs.

A workaround is to use the OpenURL script step.


Open URL [no dialog; "mailto:[email protected]?body=blablabla&subject=blablabla"]

I need some help with this too. When I use the above, it puts the body in the subject line either using mac mail or outlook.

Any suggestions?
