Is there a way to have a field determine which layout is displayed?

I have a FM9 db that has a table with data that needs to be on the same table, but depending on the data, ought to be displayed using different layouts. As it is, if I have all records shown, as I scroll thru the records, they are all displayed on the current layout (of course).

But is there are way to have a field determine the layout, so that when scrolling thru all records, each record will display using the appropriate layout?

No, not unless you use a script. You may possibly be able to use an event trigger plugin such as ZippScript.
