We've created a database that is shared via the Filemaker IWP (I assume thats the web browser interface) -- but it requires a username/password to access it.

We'd really like to set it up so anyone can view it without having to enter a password.

Where are the options to enter/edit usernames and passwords for filemaker? Also, bizarrely, the database requires a username & password to open it remotley ... none of our other databases do!

Any clues or links to the documentation about user access controls with sharing?

The document you need is already installed with FileMaker. See

/Applications/FileMaker Pro 9/English Extras/Electronic Documentation/FM9_Instant_Web_Publish_en.pdf

Have a good read, and watch out for some of the technical points.
