I can't seem to be able to do this in the layout. Is there anyway to put this on the layout so when I print reports with multiple pages, it will display page 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc. Please help. Thanks!

Create a Global field called "gPageCount" or something, then create a print Script that goes something like this...

Enter Preview Mode

Goto Last Record

Set Field (gPageCount, Status(CurrentPageNumber)

Rest Of Printing Instructions...

Then on you layout place this... ## of <<gPageCount>>

Thanks for the help. It worked! I had to add two more steps to make it work the way it's supposed to for printing and previewing purposes.

Extra steps:

1. Goto Record first after the set field so I will be viewing the first page instead of the last on preview mode.

2. Preview mode (pause) so you can view it before printing.
