Hi,

I have a solution set up with SuperContainer to store digital assets on a Drobo disk array. It's formatted as Mac OS Extended (journaled), Everything works fine as far as copying files (with SuperContainer companion plugin) to the specified directory until the file exceeds 2 GB in size. That's when a dialog displays that says "SuperContainer failed to import". Is there a limit to the file size?

Thanks in advance!

Kent, I did some testing recently and SuperContainer does not currently support files larger than 2GB, we are currently looking into a fix for this issue.

Hi Valentin,

Thanks for promptly posting back here. When you get this fixed will it be for the older version (1.856) of SuperContainer or just the newer one? Could you also please keep me posted on this? This functionality is crucial to my client's storage needs. They're a film studio, so you can probably imagine that they have quite a few files that exceed 2 GB.

Many thanks, again!

-Kent
