From previous responses, thank you very much, I learned how to take info from one DB which had an active and inactive field to show only active customers in a pop up menu in other DB's.

New question:

If there a way to show active items from 3 different DB's in the same pop up menu: example

I have a JOB db which has job numbers and I have a SERVICE DB which has service numbers. Can I make a pop up menu look for active service #'s and active job #'s and disply them in the same pop up menu?
