Please Help!

In my database I have several questions that use radio buttons with value lists. I would like to figure out how to display the total number of specific responses for each value from the list.

So if I have a possible response of YES, NO or MAYBE.. I would like to have a results page display how many people chose YES, how many chose NO and so on.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!! I cannot seem to find this in the books I have.

Even easier, create a summary layout and print/view it to get the results. (This saves a lot of hard-coded calc fields.)
