Window Resize Problem

Hi,

I have searched for window resize, new window etc. but I cant find the answer.

I hava layout which is set to open to Max size. I have a script called to open a new smaller window.

The problem is that when the new window opens it resizes the original layout to about half its original size...any suggestions?
