Hi All,

I have spent most of today working on a file but I may have killed it!

I suspect that I have added a "Close Window" script step that is also the same script that is set to run when opening the file.

So there is a millisecond flash of the window, but now enough time to display any buttons to overide it.

Is there anything I can do to recover it?

You may need FileMaker Pro Advance, turning on script debugger will allow you to interrupt the script remedy issue.

Don't use RECOVER as this will not remedy the issue.

If you would like you can send me the file back channel I can disable startup script for you.

"back channel" = plain old email or a private topic attachment.

that is if you didn't want to expose your file publicly for anyone to see.
