Newbies Hedrich Michaelsen Posted October 22, 2008 Newbies Share Posted October 22, 2008 I'm having a problem accessing SuperContainer hosted on my remote server (Win 2003/FMSA 9/SuperContainer 2.081) from a Mac client (OS X 10.4.11/FMPA 9). I get a generic Java icon in the web viewer and cannot interact with it. Everything is fine from a Windows client (XP/FMPA 9), so I'm reasonably certain there's nothing wrong on the server end. I'm guessing there's a problem on the Mac side, but I can't find any troubleshooting FAQs for SuperContainer, so don't really know where to start. I tried temporarily turning off the firewall on the Mac but that didn't help. Any other suggestions? Hedrich
Fitch
You could try the noapplet tag.
cursulak
There has been a recent upgrade to 2.1.4. I would give it a try and it addressed a similar issue on the windows side and might not hurt to try it. If that fails, make sure you have the 6_10 release of JVM installed.
