I have a couple of things I am trying to do - I have a feeling they are quite simple but it's foxing me!!

The first is: I have sequential job numbering set on one of the fields, I would like this to begin with the year as the first 2 digits, so 08001, 08002 etc. How do I set this so when we get to 09 it automatically starts from 09001 again?

The second is: I have allocated time fields which add up in a total box, it does update but only when I click into the total box and out of it again which is a bit annoying - how can I fix this?

Thanks in advance if you can point me in the right direction...
