Printing problem with related tables

Featured Replies

I have developed a database for my wife's window treatement business. I am experiencing a problem when printing.

Here's the scenario:

I have a table called Rooms and two related tables, Soft Items and Hard Items. I have attached a screen shot of the relationships. Basically Soft and Hard Items are both related back to Rooms via Room ID.

I am unable to get more than one item from Soft Items or Hard Items to print on a report. I have the following summaries in the layout:

Job ID

Room ID

(Soft) Item ID

(Hard) Item ID

I am sorting the layout by these fields before printing. However, when I print I am only getting the first item from Soft Items or Hard Items.
