Scriptmaster Won't Send Email

Featured Replies

Using the latest version to send emails. I've isolated it not working to accounts that do not have full access. I've set the script to run with full access without any luck.

Thanks.

Ken, can you create a simple test file to demonstrate the problem and attach it to a posting here?

Thanks. I will see what I can make. It is tightly woven in to a larger solution for tracking support requests.

What I have found is that when I login with my account on the persons machine and I have full access the emails get sent out. All accounts except for the full access are External.

I've set the send mail script to run with full privileges but still no joy for them sending.

I was hoping I did something really stupid that someone could easily point to. I have several other more pressing issues so it may be a few days before I can make a sample up and see if it also behaves that way.

Solution is currently on Server 8 with both 8.5 and 9 clients. The OS of the client machine is 10.4.11. The servers os is OS X Server 10.4

Jesse,

Just want to get back to you. Thanks for your offer to help! The problem was all me . . .slap to the forehead.

During testing I had restricted by account to not load up scriptmaster. So of course it did not work because I never loaded it for everyone else. I should have looked closer before posting my question.

Anyhow great plug-in thanks for this gift to the FM community. :crazy2:
