How do I insert layouts directly into email (Outlook)?

Hi all,

I have numerous layouts (letters) which I want to send via email (Outlook). However, I don't want to send the letters as an attachment. I want the layouts to appear as the content of the email.

How do I achieve this?

Do you know if there is a way of dealing with my query without using the plug-ins recommended in the link and instead just use Filemaker 8.

The database I am using is run by a university and I don't think plug-ins can be used.

In addition, I'm really a newbie at this so I'm trying to find the simplest way of doing this.
