I realize that is probably different for each one of you, but in the land of

FileMaker it can only mean one thing; designing incredible database

solutions.

The database solutions will be built for the FMTouch Ready Made Solutions

store. You will create solutions to be used on the Apple iPhone and iPod

touch. The solutions that you create will need to follow certain criteria

to make sure they function properly. Participants will need a copy of

FMTouch to compete. We have lowered the price of FMTouch by $10 for

the holidays.

Contest Rules and Details

· You must read the user guide and the style guide before developing

applications. Remember you are designing for a mobile device with limited

layout real estate.

· Stephen Knight will be your connection, any development questions

· FMWebschool will award a 1st place prize of $1000, a second place

prize of $500 and a third place prize of $250. The winners will be decided

by an impartial panel of judges from the FileMaker community. Developers

that do not win will still be able to make a profit from their solution.

· The solutions that are created will be available for sale at the

FMTouch Ready Made Solutions Store. Developers will receive 50% off all

sales as well as a special developer area that will allow them to offer

their services for customized work as well as a place to upload images of

their current and future projects. Each month developers will receive a

report and be paid for their sales.

Developers must provide Stephen with the following.

o Unlocked Solution

o DDR of the database (If you do not have FileMaker Advanced you can use

o Screenshots of your solution from your iPhone or iPod touch.

o Information on you and your company and the type of services you offer

o User Guide or help section in your solution

· Our team will test each solution that is sent to us. Please make

sure that you follow the style guide and users guide located at

Participants in the contest can choose their prizes below.

First Place - Grand prize is worth $1000.00
