Newbies JConway33 Posted December 8, 2008 Author Newbies Share Posted December 8, 2008 I will try to clerify my question. In my database I have (3) fields. (2) fields contain text and (1) field contains numbers. I wish to combine those fields into an ID field in order that I will have uniqueness and not duplicate record information. The application is for a checking account, which they are identifide with (1) check#, (2) checkState and (3) BankID I trying to keep the same check from being entered in multible times. Thanks John
