Does anyone know of a plugin that will allow me to do simple drawing (I.E. lines, X's circles, etc)?

My first question would be why?

in this day and age it seems it would be prefered to use a Flash based editor through a Web Viewer Object. I've seen some fairly power paint programs done in Adobe Flex...
