Problems with FMSA 10 and IIS ... Can't start IWP

I've installed Filemaker Server Advanced 10 on a W2K3 box, running IIS 6. Get the following error during server deployment:

Web Server Test Failed

Unconfiguring web server...

Return Code = 0

Testing Web Server ...

Return Code = false

Can't seem to find any documentation for this problem.

So far, I've tried reinstalling IIS and going back and forth between installs of FMSA 9 and FMSA 10.

Very frustrated at Filemaker's offensive scarcity of documentation. Did I really just have a client buy a 50-user license? :

Anyone got an idea what I can do next? I'll call FM support on Monday but hoping for a solution before then.

Haven't heard anyone having this problem so it must be machine specific. Are you up-to-date with all the security patches and service packs for that machine? Remember that if you reinstall IIS from the install CD you *must* reapply all service packs and hotfixes.
