Security & Custom Menus

I have an issue that may be caused by improper Privileges settings, or by an improper Custom Menu settings. Therefore I've attached a screenshot showing how each is set up. I'm using FMP9.

The intention is to provide the user with keyboard shortcuts for some of the on screen buttons. Therefore I've created a "Go To" menu (and an Actions menu) that consists solely of script calls. With current settings both menus present but with greyed out items.

In Privileges I've tried setting Scripts to "All Executable" and also "All Modifiable." Both don't work.

On the Custom Menu side I'm assuming FMP will automatically remap the keyboard shortcuts calls to the Command key (for Windows users) over to the Control key.

One other aspect I'm uncertain about is what to use for the "Command" slot, currently "." Perhaps leaving that item blank is the correct thing to do, perhaps not. None of the available commands seem to fit.

Not sure in which direction the problem lies. Assistance appreciated.
