Using FM to create XML file for flash page

I have a flash file that is driven by an XML file that was created via a MYSQL & PHP site. I would like to port these functions to Filemaker. Having read the XML Filemaker manual, I am unable to understand if filemaker can produce the right file that the flash page needs.

I attach the file in the hope that someone can tell if this is an easy hing to create for filemaker or I am just dreaming.
