Newbies dustinlp Posted January 19, 2009 Newbies Posted January 19, 2009 I work at a non-profit which keeps track of volunteers/vol. hrs. I'm creating a layout which shows the total Volunteers during a given time period and the total hours they worked. I am able to get the total number of everyones hours combined. I use a summary, no problems. I don't get a correct number of actual volunteers, as some volunteers are counted multiple times. Any ideas? Thanks!

Newbies dustinlp Posted January 20, 2009 Author Newbies Posted January 20, 2009 Well, I was able to get that far already... Using the "Countries" example that was included, I am able to get the total number of "countries" (in my case "volunteer names") but when i do--a monthly report for example--i need the total number of unique volunteers (unique being the key, as I still seem to only get the grand total, which includes some people counted multiple times). Thanks for the help...I feel like I'm just about there!
