Hi,

I am stuck with this and have no clue on how to proceed.

With FileMaker Advanced I could just specify the port in the File Preferences and then append the port to the url ala www.domain.com:81 (mapping the respective port thru the firewall)

Now with FileMaker Server (and Apache running on port 80)

how do I achieve this?

The web serving isn't done from FMS. It's done from either Apache or IIS. So the settings are in the controls for the respective platform's web server.
