Field looses lines across page ***BUG???**

I have a field which extends across a page boundary. (set to slide when small amount of text). I loose a number of lines from one page to the other or the line is half cut off. This is making my database unusable. Any workarounds?

This has be a problem with FMP for ages. There has been some improvement but never fixed. The usual recommendation is to us merge fields.

Thanks Ralph. Is there a thread that discusses this as I cant see how the merge field fixes things

Thanks again - OK added a merge field in place of the real field and the page break is still missing text.
