FMServer 10 on Windows Server 2000

I have a client that wants to use Server 10 but only has Windows Server 2000 installed on the server.

Anyone anticipate any problems with this?

I know it isn't 'up to specs' but they have just a few users and I don't anticipate any web publishing.
