Type on an Arc

Is it possible to have a field display text on an arc? I need to display text from a database on a 1/2 circle and would LOVE to be able to do it in FM. I have version 8.5 now but have downloaded the 10 trial but no luck. Hoping a FileMaker master knows a way! Otherwise I'll be exporting and scripting in InDesign to pull off what I hope is a simple function in FM.

not natively. But you may be able to use the webviewer with something like flash or pre-existing website that can do it for you.

If you happen to be on a PC you might try CorelDraw. I used it once to just what you want. I had to make Round Badges with each student name on it on the curve. I have always used FMP since it came out for the PC but I had to EXPORT the data as a CVS file to use it.

It was an older version of Corel but I can't imagine they don't have that feature any longer ...

If you are using a MAC and have QuarkXPress, QXP has an xtension that imports data from CVS files.
