How to import XML data from an Acrobat file?

Featured Replies

Strangely enough, the FileMaker website is down this morning and I couldn't find anything here about the subject, so hopefully one of you wisened folk can help me with this.

Simply put, I want to import field data from a .pdf, but am clueless when it comes to coding an XSLT script used to import XML data in FM's "Use XSL Style Sheet" windoid...let alone what its file extension should be.

Since we're only talking about a few fields, here, I imagine the script shouldn't be too complicated to code, but having no XSLT experience I may be talking out of my hat...or another region. :S

TIA for your help!

PDF is not XML, and Filemaker cannot import data from it without a plugin or a third party application.
