Plug In (or other solution) to suppress closing splash screen?

I have read that there was a plugin for FM Pro that among other things could suppress or alter the closing splash screen in FM Pro runtime applications. I'm developing some solutions for FM Pro but I'm not jazzed about the closing splash screen for a variety of reasons. Does anyone know of this plug in, and if it even still exists? Is there maybe another way to do this with event script triggers or something other than that (text masks maybe, I'm not sure)

i remember this being discussed before somewhere and last i heard was that you can't get rid of that splash screen.
