Set No Fill Color?

Can I set a container to have "No Fill Color" I am using .png files for layout visual purposes and dont want fill colors in the box. For some reason it is defaulting to Grey and when i make white creates a white box...

UPDATE: Found it... search old topics didnt pull it up for some reason.
