Add a script that puts the current time & Date prior to entering the field. Or use the Last funciton to calculate the last time & date a record in the notes file was updated.

i've got a sales contact database (CONTACTS). the notes are in another database (NOTES) and are viewed in the main database (CONTACTS) in portals. How do I date stamp the main contact database (CONTACTS) when a note has been added to the notes database?
