Hi

I have a Table and selected a subset of records. I am trying to use the LIST function to list the contents of a particular field based on the subset records.

Example: I have Table A that has 1 Fields. After a find I have 5 records. I want to display the contents of a particular field in a new field

Record Number,Field A

1,A

2,B

3,B

4,B

5,E

Output A,B,B,B,E

Any help in solving this would be much appreciated.

Hi Mac, and welcome to the forum,

Take a look at the Custom Functions at Brian Dunning's Site, there are several that work with lists. Do a search for List and see if one them can't be adapted to your needs. The Search is in the Right side Panel.

As your email arrived I was going through the site. I have used a modified version of the following http://www.briandunning.com/cf/471 custom function and all seems to be working fine.
