How can I script Go to Layout ["Table"]

In the Edit Script window I can create Go to Layout ["List"] as well as other layouts but I cannot see a way to create a script to go to Table layout mode. How can I do that?

Additionally when that script does trigger (on button push) is there a way to make the FM window re-size to fit the new dimensions of the Table layout? What is the script command I would need to use to revert the window size when going back to the "Browse" layout?
