It seems that 99% of what I have to keep track of is straight forward and logical. 1% throws me a curve ball, that to me, seems to complicate things on an exponential level.

An example. I'm currently working on a CRM type solution that tracks Facilities, Contacts, and a variety of other things. Simply from have only a couple Contacts that can work at Multiple facilities is adding so much undue complexity.

How much effort to do make for that 1% that doesn't fit neatly into your solution?
