Any Photoshop wizards here?

I have PSD-file and i need to change some text in it and then save picture as jpg. How this can be done?

You should be able to just open the file in Photoshop and as long as the text is really text, use the text tool to click it and then edit it. Then there is an option to export it out as jpg.
