User can't see SuperContainer PlugIn Container Fields

Hello - I started using SuperContainer and the SuperContainer PlugIn. It works great on the copy of Filemaker on our server. Users can upload and can see the SuperContainer uploads via the Web Viewer, but when I'm displaying the Container Field (using the PlugIn), they cannot see the uploaded file -- just a question mark. Are they supposed to have the PlugIn on their computer to make this work? Or what else could I be missing?

We are not using FileMaker Server.

Please make sure that you have the SuperContainer Companion plugin installed in every copy of FileMaker Pro that uses SuperContainer Server for file storage.
