Server 5 Console, how does it work?

I have just installed Server 5 on an NT machine. This is an upgrade from 3.0 on the MAC. The interface is much different than the repvious version, particularly the way you activate files. I put the files I want to share into the main folder and it worked, but there must be an easir way to administer this program.

Install the 'Server Administration' plug in from the server CD to the machine(s) you want to administer the server from. Opening and closing files are all done remotely.
