links with Access Db?

We are preparing to link to an existing Access Db. FileMaker is the owner of the data, and at this point it will be a read-only (Access reading the FileMaker data) link. Is there anything we need to be aware of? Are there any directions or how-tos that would help walk us through the process, hopefully painlessly?
