I created a report for a database that contains 31 records. When I view the report in preview layout, it shows results for only 16 of the records. If I go to the browse layout, I can scroll through the report one record at a time but all 31 records are there.

Is there something I can do to make all of the records appear in the report while in the preview layout?

I guess that the last 15 records are on page 2 of the report. You can look a the next page by clicking on the book in Status Area.

No, there are eight records on the first page and eight records on the second page when I'm in preview mode.

Can we see screen shots in Layout Mode and Preview Mode? I'm guessing a sub-summary part is involved..
