I am trying to do a report. I want to show all the information I got on somebody. But I don't want the fields that I don't have to appear, or to occupy space.

It is something like the following.

Thanks million for your help.

I've tried all sliding options.

I select both objets select sliding/printing and I mark every box but nothing happens: all records still have the same size.

I've tried it with merge fields and with normal fields but it doesn't work.

I looked at your attachments.

I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are asking.

However, this action only show in Preview or when Printed.

You might need to play with the different options to see what they do, and most of the time it is the Slide Up option that works for me.
