Is there a way in FMP5 to switch a user to a certain layout based on the password entered...or autofill data into a field or fields based on the password?

Not directly based on the password. What you do is you create Groups, which contain certain passwords. You can then use the Status(CurrentGroups) function to do these kinds of things.
