Need final touches- small budget

Hi, I started a project some time ago and quickly ran into tasks beyond my ability. I had posted a help wanted here, got a response and the project proceeded. The person who was working on the file jumped ship and now im left with a file that isnt quite finished (SO close tho) and our budget has been eaten up.

I need two things done both to do with reporting on the data i collect in the database. I expect that someone would be able to finish this up in just a few hours if they know what they are doing. I can provide specific details as requested.

To finish this project the $$ is coming from my own pocket as my boss has already given more than was originally quoted by the first person who we hired to finish. So, I can only pay $150CAN for this. If you might be up for this, please let me know via email and i can send you the file and details. I have been left burned by the previous programmer, and as such i will not pay until the file is working 100% as agreed upon when starting work. I just cant since we paid upfront last time and are left without a finished project.
